No right or license under any intellectual property rights of a party is granted or shall be granted by implication to the other party. All such rights or licenses are or shall be granted only as expressly provided in the terms of this Agreement.

No Implied Licenses. Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party grants to the other Party any license or other right, express or implied, under its intellectual property rights by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

NO LICENSE. Other than expressly provided for in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement grants or shall be construed to grant to any party any right or license to any intellectual property rights or to any application for any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to patent applications or patents) that are held by and/or that are in the name of the other party, nor to any confidential or proprietary information that a party hereto may receive from the other party hereto. Also, nothing in this Agreement grants or shall be construed to grant any claim or option to any right or license referred to in this Paragraph 18.

Any rights of a Party not expressly granted to the other Party under the provisions of this Agreement shall be retained by the first Party. No implied right or license in any intellectual property right, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, is granted under this Agreement by either Party to the other.

No Implied Licenses. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party will be deemed by estoppel or implication to have granted the other Party any license or other right to any Intellectual Property Rights of such Party or its Affiliates.

No License. Other than expressly provided for in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement grants or shall be construed to grant to either Party any right or license to any intellectual property right (including but not limited to any Patent rights) or application for the same that are held by, in the name of or otherwise Controlled by the other Party or to use any confidential information or know how of the other Party, nor any claim or option to any such right or license.
