Involuntary Bankruptcy, Etc. The entry of a decree or order for relief by a court having jurisdiction in the premises in respect of Maker in an involuntary case under any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar law, or appointing a receiver, liquidator, assignee, custodian, trustee, sequestrator (or similar official) of Maker or for any substantial part of its property, or ordering the winding-up or liquidation of its affairs, and the continuance of any such decree or order unstayed and in effect for a period of 60 consecutive days.

The entry of a decree or order by a court having jurisdiction in the premises adjudging the Maker bankrupt or insolvent, or approving as properly filed a petition seeking reorganization, arrangement, adjustment or composition of or in respect of the Maker under the federal Bankruptcy Code or any other applicable federal or state law, or appointing a receiver, liquidator, assignee or trustee of the Maker, or any substantial part if its property, or ordering the winding up or liquidation of its affairs, and the continuance of any such decree or order unstayed and in effect for a period of twenty (20) days; or

An involuntary case or other proceeding commenced against Maker seeking liquidation, reorganization or other relief with respect Maker or its debts under any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar debtor relief law now or hereafter in effect or seeking the appointment of a trustee, receiver, liquidator, custodian or other similar official over it, or over any substantial part of its property, and such involuntary case or other proceeding shall remain undis­missed and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days; or
