“Committee” means the Human Resources Committee of the Board or any subcommittee thereof formed by the Human Resources Committee for the purpose of acting as the Committee hereunder.
Committee. "Committee" means the Human Resources & Compensation Committee of the Board and if no such named committee shall be designated by the Board, it shall mean the Committee of the Board most nearly performing the duties of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee as defined at the time of its elimination as a Board Committee.
“Human Resources Committee” means the Human Resources Committee of the Board, which has the authority to amend and terminate the Plan as provided in Article IX.
POWERS OF EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE. The Committee shall have the authority to make all interpretations of this plan in its sole discretion. It shall make all administrative rules and other determinations and shall rule upon all questions and requests with respect to the Plan.
“CHR Committee” means the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of Regions Financial Corporation and Regions Bank, or any successor thereto performing similar functions.
An administrative committee appointed by the Board. The Plan Administrator shall serve as the agent for the Employer with respect to the Trust. The Plan Administrator will be comprised of 1) the [[Organization A:Organization]] Chief Executive Officer, 2) the [[Organization A:Organization]] Director of Administration, 3) the [[Organization A:Organization]] Vice President of Human Resources 4) the [[Organization A:Organization]] Board Chair and 5) the Chair of the [[Organization A:Organization]] Human Resources Committee.

“RPAC” means the Retirement Plans Administration Committee of the Company established by the Human Resources Committee of the Board, and whose members have been appointed by such Human Resources Committee. The RPAC will have the responsibility to administer the Plan and make final determinations regarding claims for benefits, as described in Article VII. In addition, the RPAC has limited amendment authority over the Plan as provided in Section 9.2.
