You shall be eligible to receive a grant of shares of Class B Common Stock based on the stock price performance of [[Organization A:Organization]]’s Class B Common Stock over the period beginning January 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2019 (or earlier in certain instances as provided for in [Schedule A] to this Agreement), and subject to the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s degree of achievement against the PRSU Performance Goals for calendar years 2016, 2017 and 2018 (the “2015 Performance Award”). The number of shares of Class B Common Stock to be granted to you and the timing of such grant shall be determined pursuant to the schedule set forth on [Schedule A] to this Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

You shall be eligible to receive a grant of shares of Class B Common Stock based on the stock price performance of [[Organization A:Organization]]’s Class B Common Stock over the period beginning February 18, 2016 and ending on June 30, 2019 (or earlier in certain instances as provided for in [Schedule B] to this Agreement), and subject to the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s degree of achievement against the PRSU Performance Goals for calendar years 2017 and 2018 (the “2016 Performance Award”). The number of shares of Class B Common Stock to be granted to you and the timing of such grant shall be determined pursuant to the schedule set forth on [Schedule B] to this Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

You shall be eligible to receive a grant of shares of Class B Common Stock based on the stock price performance of [[Organization A:Organization]]’s Class B Common Stock over the period beginning on the date this Agreement is executed by both parties hereto and ending on June 30, 2021 (or earlier in certain instances as provided for in [Schedule C] to this Agreement), and subject to the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s degree of achievement against the PRSU Performance Goals for calendar years 2019 and 2020 (the “2017 Performance Award,” and together with the 2015 Performance Award and the 2016 Performance Award, the “Performance Awards”). The number of shares of Class B Common Stock to be granted to you and the timing of such grant shall be determined pursuant to the schedule set forth on [Schedule C] to this Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
