Form of Benefit The Supplemental Retirement Benefit payable to a Participant shall be payable as a Single Life Annuity with Ten Years Certain
Form of Benefit. The Participant’s Retirement Benefit shall be paid in the form of a cash lump sum. This lump sum payment shall equal the Actuarial Equivalent present value of the Participant’s Retirement Benefit.
Form of Payment of Distributable Benefit. The cash subaccount of a Participants or Former Participants Account shall be distributed in a cash lump sum and the stock unit subaccount shall be distributed in shares of Stock, with cash in lieu of fractional shares or fractional shares rounded up to the next whole share. Shares of Stock shall be paid from the available shares of Stock in any Employer employee incentive plan, other shareholder-approved stock plan maintained by the Company or an Affiliate, the treasury or open market purchases, as determined by the Committee.
Converting Form of Benefit. For all purposes under the Plan, the lump sum benefit and ten year monthly installment form of benefit shall be the actuarially determined equivalent of one another, as determined by the Plan Administrator in the Plan Administrator's complete and sole discretion, and the amount of such benefits under the Plan shall be determined on the basis of the Participant's age and the rates, tables, and factors which would be utilized to determine such benefit under the Pension Plan as of the date required for making such determination..
Form of Payment. The vested value of a Participant's Account shall be paid in a single lump sum by the Employer in cash, less applicable payroll and withholding taxes.
