Executive’s Commencement of Employment. It is a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement that Executive commences working full-time for the Company at the Company’s principal executive offices on the Effective Date. If Executive does not commence such full-time employment on the Effective Date, then this Agreement shall be null and void and the Company shall have no obligations hereunder or otherwise to Executive.

Executive’s Employment Representations. Executive agrees that during the Employment Period he shall devote his full business and professional time and energy to the Company subject to the provisions below. Executive agrees to carry out and abide

Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence her employment as President and CEO under the terms of this Agreement effective January 1, 2022 (the “Commencement Date”). This Agreement shall replace Executive’s current employment agreement as of the Commencement Date.

Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence his employment as Chief Information Officer of the Company under the terms of this Agreement effective May 6, 2019 (the “Commencement Date”).

Commencement of Employment. Your employment with the Company will start on or about August 24, 2020 (the "Start Date").

Commencement of Employment. Your employment with the Company as Chief Medical Officer will start on or about July 27, 2020 (the “Start Date”).

Your employment will begin on January 2nd, 2018 which is also the date on which your continuous period of service commences.

The Executive’s period of continuous employment is deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date.

Position. Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company, reporting to [[Person A:Person]], the Company’s President & CEO (the “CEO”). Executive’s commencement of employment with the Company will be on or before March 2, 2020 (such actual date of commencement of employment with the Company, the “Start Date”). During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Agreement. The Executive’s employment with the Company shall commence on July 29, 2019 or such other date mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Executive (the “Commencement Date”). Following the Commencement Date, the Executive shall be an employee of the Company until such employment relationship is terminated in accordance with [Section 7] hereof. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the terms and conditions of the Executive’s employment while it is in effect.
