No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Recipient the right to be retained as an employee. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Recipient's service at any time, with or without cause (subject to any employment agreement between the Recipient and the Company).
No provisions of the Plan and no action taken by # Interpublic, any Employer or Subsidiary, the Board of Directors (including any committee thereof), the Administrative Committee, or # any agent or designee of Interpublic, a Subsidiary, the Board of Directors, or the Administrative Committee shall give any person any right to be retained in the employ of Interpublic or any Subsidiary. The Employer, Interpublic, and its Subsidiaries specifically reserve the right and power to dismiss or discharge any Participant at any time and for any reason, to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement, the Plan or the Award Letter shall confer upon the [[Person A:Person]] any right to continued Service with the [[Organization A:Organization]] or any Subsidiary, as applicable, nor shall it interfere with or limit in any way any right of the [[Organization A:Organization]] or any Subsidiary, as applicable, to terminate the [[Person A:Person]]’s Service at any time with or without Cause or change the [[Person A:Person]]’s compensation, other benefits, job responsibilities or title provided in compliance with applicable local laws and permitted under the terms of the [[Person A:Person]]’s Service contract, if any.

The Plan shall not confer upon any Participant any right with respect to continuation of an employment or consulting relationship with the Company, nor shall it interfere in any way with such Participants right or the Companys right to terminate the employment or consulting relationship at any time for any reason.

No Special Employment Rights. Nothing contained in this Grant shall confer upon the Participant any rights with respect to the continuation of the Participant’s employment by the Company or interfere in any way with the rights of the Company, subject to the terms of any separate employment agreement to the contrary, at any time to terminate such employment or to increase or decrease the compensation of the Participant from the rate in existence at the time of this Grant. Whether an authorized leave of absence, or absence in military or government service, shall constitute Termination of employment shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company at the time.
Rights on Termination of Employment. If a Participants employment terminates for any reason before the Exercise Date for any Offering, no payroll deduction will be taken from any pay due and owing to the Participant and the balance in the Participants account will be paid to such Participant or, in the case of such Participants death, to his or her designated beneficiary as if such Participant had withdrawn from the Plan under Section 7. An employee will be deemed to have terminated employment, for this purpose, if the corporation that employs him or her, having been a Designated Subsidiary, ceases to be a Subsidiary, or if the employee is transferred to any corporation other than the Company or a Designated Subsidiary. An employee will not be deemed to have terminated employment for this purpose, if the employee is on an approved leave of absence for military service or sickness or for any other purpose approved by the Company, if the employees right to reemployment is guaranteed either by a statute or by contract or under the policy pursuant to which the leave of absence was granted or if the Administrator otherwise provides in writing.
Nothing in the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in Service for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Corporation (or any Parent or Subsidiary employing or retaining such person) or of the Participant, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate such person's Service at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
No Employment or Service Rights. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement confers upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or interferes in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s employment or service at any time.
