Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Tenant Work Letter, Landlord may transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Tenant Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant’s representative identified in Section 5.2 of this Tenant Work Letter.

Electronic Approvals. Landlord and Tenant may transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to the other party's representative identified in Sections 6.1 and 6.2 of this Work Letter, as applicable, or by any of the other means identified in [Section 29.15] of the Lease.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Work Letter, Landlord may, in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant's representative identified in Section 5.1 of this Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in [Section 29.18] of this Lease.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Tenant Work Letter, Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Tenant Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant’s representative identified in [Section 5.2] of this Tenant Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in [Section 29.18] of this Lease.

Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Work Letter, Landlord may, in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant's representative identified in Section 5.1 of this Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in [Section 29.18] of this Lease.

Approvals. No consent, approval, authorization or order of, registration or filing with, or notice to any Governmental Authority or court is required under applicable law in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by any Borrower Party of each Facility Document except for # consents that have been obtained in connection with transactions contemplated by the Facility Documents, # filings to perfect the security interest created by this Agreement, and # authorizations, consents, approvals, filings, notices, or other actions the failure to make could not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties acknowledge that certain details, excluding pricing details, of the Facility Documents will be filed in the Guarantor’s 8-K filing.

Approvals. Except as would not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect or would have a material adverse effect on the Collateral or Lender’s interest therein, each Borrower Party shall maintain all licenses, permits or other approvals necessary for such Borrower Party to conduct its business and to perform its obligations under the Facility Documents, and such Borrower Party shall conduct its business in all material respects in accordance with applicable law.

Approvals. All governmental and third party approvals necessary to consummate the Transactions shall have been obtained and shall be in full force and effect, and all applicable waiting periods shall have expired without any action being taken or threatened by any competent authority that would restrain, prevent or otherwise impose materially adverse conditions on the Transactions or the financing thereof.

Approvals. All governmental and third party approvals necessary in connection with the financing contemplated hereby and the continuing operations of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries (including shareholder approvals, if any) shall have been obtained on terms satisfactory to Administrative Agent and shall be in full force and effect.
