“Renewable Electricity Target” means, with respect to any fiscal year, the Renewable Electricity Target for such fiscal year as set forth in the Sustainability Table.

#[[Tenant:Organization]] shall contract directly with the applicable utility provider for the provision of electricity services to the Premises and shall pay directly to such utility provider the cost of all electricity services provided to and/or consumed in the Premises, which electricity shall be separately submetered (or otherwise equitably allocated and directly charged by [[Landlord:Organization]] to [[Tenant:Organization]]). [[Tenant:Organization]]’s use of electricity shall never exceed the capacity of the feeders to the Project or the risers or wiring installation; provided that [[Tenant:Organization]] may, as an Alteration or part of the [[Tenant:Organization]] Improvements, but subject to [[Landlord:Organization]]’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, expand or increase the capacity of the feeders to the Premises.

Ensure that the contractor can use the construction electricity and communication facility, which shall be charged in accordance with the current domestic industrial electricity price, and pursuant to the rule of clause2 of [article 3] in this agreement, it shall be regarded as construction cost or management cost.

“Renewable Electricity Consumed”: locally or regionally sourced renewable electricity – including, but not limited to, wind, solar or hydro power (and others as agreed from time to time with the Sustainability Structuring Agents) – consumed by Global Manufacturing Facilities, either directly or through the local distribution utility and expressed in kilowatt hours (kWh).

Services. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of supplying electricity to the Equipment, including electricity usage, installation, maintenance and repair of any Connections and of any separate meter required by Landlord. Electric usage shall be determined, at Landlord’s option, either # by meter installed by Landlord at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, or # by Landlord’s reasonable estimate based upon the quantity of use by Tenant, the manufacturer’s specifications for electrical usage of the Equipment and any other relevant factors. Tenant shall pay Landlord monthly, within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor, for all electricity used by Tenant or any Tenant Parties in connection with the operation of the Equipment.
