Effective Date. Executive has seven days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day following the date Executive signed this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).

Revocation Period and Effective Date. Executive has seven (7) calendar days after signing this Agreement to revoke it. To revoke this Agreement after signing it, Executive must deliver a written notice of revocation to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer before the seven (7) day period expires. This Agreement shall not become effective until the eighth (8th) calendar day after Executive signs it (“Effective Date”). If Executive revokes this Agreement, it will not become effective or enforceable, and he will not receive the benefits described in this Agreement.

Executive further acknowledges that he may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after signing it, provided that this Agreement will not become effective until such seven (7) day period has expired. To be effective, any such revocation must be in writing and delivered to Company's principal place of business by the close of business on the seventh (7th) day after signing the Agreement and must expressly state Executive's intention to revoke this Agreement. Provided that Executive does not timely revoke this Agreement, the eighth (8th) day following Executive's execution hereof shall be deemed the "Effective Date" of this Agreement.

The parties acknowledge and agree that Executive has 7 days after execution hereof in which to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall not become effective and enforceable and shall have no obligations to make any payments hereunder until the expiration of 7 days (without such revocation) following its execution by Executive. To revoke this Agreement, Executive should notify the Chief Executive Officer of , by fax or email confirmed by certified mail within such 7 day period. No attempted revocation after the expiration of such 7 day period shall have any effect on the terms of this Agreement.

Effective Date. Employee understands that this Agreement shall be null and void if not executed by Employee within twenty-one (21) days. Employee has seven (7) days after Employee signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the parties and has not been revoked by Employee before that date (the “Effective Date”).

If Executive does not revoke acceptance, this Agreement will become effective and irrevocable by Executive on the eighth day after Executive has executed it.

Revocation. Executive further acknowledges that he understands that he has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement to revoke it by delivering to [[Person B:Person]]eral Counsel, , 8501 Williams Road, Estero, Florida 33928, written notification of such revocation within the seven (7)-day period. If Executive does not revoke this Agreement, this Agreement will become effective and irrevocable by him on the eighth day after he signs it (or, if later, the Termination Date). If Executive revokes this Agreement, Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement shall be null and void and of no further force and effect, and his termination of employment shall be treated as a resignation by him without good reason for all purposes.
