Other than Permitted Budget Re-allocations, subject to the prior approval of [[Lender:Organization]], which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, the [[Borrower:Organization]] may revise the Project Budget from time to time to move Building Loan Contingency (Hard Costs) to other Hard Costs Budget Lines, and/or to move Building Loan Contingency (Soft Costs) to other Soft Costs Budget Lines.
