Facsimile transmission of any signed original document and/or retransmission of any signed facsimile transmission will be deemed the same as delivery of an original. This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement.

Counterparts; Facsimile. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This First Amendment may be executed via facsimile or other electronic transmissions.

This Amendment may be executed in a number of identical counterparts. If so, each such counterpart shall collectively constitute one agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
