Counterparts; Facsimile. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile copy of this Second Amendment and any signatures hereon shall be considered for all purposes as originals.

COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement.
