Interest Periods In connection with making, converting or continuing any LIBOR Loans, Borrowers shall select an interest period (“Interest Period”) to apply to such Loans, which Interest Period shall be one month, two months, three months or six months; provided, however, that:
“Interest Period” means, as to each LIBOR Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date such LIBOR Rate Loan is disbursed or converted to or continued as a LIBOR Rate Loan and ending on the date one (1), two (2), three (3), or six (6) months thereafter, in each case as selected by the Borrower in its Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Conversion/Continuation and subject to availability; provided that:
4 Shall be subject to the definition of “Interest Period” and can be a period of one, three or six months (or, if agreed to by each Lender participating in the requested Borrowing, twelve months). If an Interest Period is not specified, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.
Interest Periods. At the time the Borrower gives a Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Conversion or Continuation in respect of the making of, or conversion into or continuation as, a Borrowing of LIBOR Loans in accordance with Section 2.6(a), the Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of the Interest Period applicable to such Borrowing, which Interest Period shall, at the option of the Borrower be a one, two, three or six-month period or (if available to all the Lenders making such LIBOR Loans as determined by such Lenders in good faith based on prevailing market conditions) any period shorter than one month requested by the Borrower.
Interest Period. With respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan # initially, the period commencing on the Drawdown Date of such LIBOR Rate Loan and ending one, two, three, or six months thereafter and # thereafter, each period commencing on the day following the last day of the next preceding Interest Period applicable to such Loan and ending on the last day of one of the periods set forth above, as selected by the Borrower in a Loan Request or Conversion/Continuation Request; provided that all of the foregoing provisions relating to Interest Periods are subject to the following:
Interest Period means the period of time selected by the Borrower in connection with (and to apply to) any election permitted hereunder by the Borrower to have a Term Loan bear interest under the LIBOR Rate Option. Subject to the last sentence of this definition, such period shall be one, two, three, six, or, to the extent made available by all the [[Organization A:Organization]], twelve months. Such Interest Period shall commence on the effective date of such LIBOR Rate Loan, which shall be # the Borrowing Date if the Borrower is requesting the Term Loans, or # the date of renewal of or conversion to a LIBOR Rate Loan if the Borrower is renewing or converting any Term Loan. Notwithstanding the second sentence hereof: # any Interest Period that would otherwise end on a date that is not a Business Day shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such Business Day falls in the next calendar month, in which case such Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, # the Borrower shall not select, convert to or renew an Interest Period for any portion of the Term Loans that would end after the applicable Maturity Date and # if any Interest Period begins on the last Business Day of a month or on a day of a month for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the month in which such Interest Period is to end, such Interest Period shall be deemed to end on the last Business Day of the final month of such Interest Period.
