Benefits. You shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs made available by the Company to the Company’s executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and programs and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Benefits. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the benefits made generally available by the Company to similarly-situated employees, in accordance with the benefit plans established by the Company, and as may be amended from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion.

Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee and executive benefit plans and programs as the Company may from time to time offer to provide to its executives, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein is intended, or shall be construed, to require the Company to institute or continue any particular plan or benefit.

Benefits. You shall continue to be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans that are generally made available to the employees of the Company, subject to their terms and conditions.

Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee benefit plans and insurance offered by the Company to similarly situated employees of the Company subject to the eligibility requirements, restrictions, and limitations of any such plans or programs.

As a Company executive employee, you will be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans currently and hereafter maintained by the Company of general applicability to other employees and to other executives of the Company. The Company may modify or terminate its benefits programs and arrangements from time to time as necessary or appropriate.

Benefits. Executive will be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs of the Company in effect during the Agreement Term, to the extent that Executive meets the eligibility requirements for each individual plan or program. The Company provides no assurance as to the adoption or continuance of any particular plan or program, and Executive’s participation in any such plan or program will be pursuant to the provisions, rules and regulations applicable thereto.

Benefits. During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements of the Company as are provided generally from time to time to all other similarly situated employees of the Company. All such benefits are subject to the provisions of their respective plan documents in accordance with their terms and are subject to amendment or termination by the Company without Employee’s consent.

You may participate in any and all bonus and benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees from time to time, provided that you are eligible under (and subject to all provisions of) the plan documents governing those programs. The benefits made available by the Company, and the rules, terms and conditions for participation in such programs, may be changed by the Company at any time without advance notice.

Benefits. The Employee will continue to participate in all benefit plans generally available to Employees of the Company, subject to meeting applicable eligibility requirements of such plans.
