If you are required to hold a professional certification for your role, it is a condition of your employment that you hold such certification and shall continue at all times to be so certified. We may terminate your employment with immediate effect without notice or payment in lieu of notice if you cease to hold the certification.

Certifications. All Modules shall comply with the applicable local certification standards or with the certification standards set forth in UL1703, CEC, FSEC.
