Successors and Assigns. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement to any other party. The Company may assign its obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate or successor in interest.

Successors and Assigns. This Agreement is intended to bind and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns, as applicable. There are no third party beneficiaries under this Agreement, and, except as otherwise expressly permitted herein, the rights or obligations of any Party under this Agreement may not be assigned, delegated, or transferred to any other person or entity.

Successors and Assigns. The Company may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company. Subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon Participant and Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.

Successors. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal legal representatives, successors, trustees, administrators, distributees, devisees and legatees. The Company may assign to, and require, any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of the Company or any affiliate to which you are rendering services to expressly assume and agree in writing to perform this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may not assign this Agreement.
