Calculation of Time Period. When calculating the period of time before which, within which or following which any act is to be done or step taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date that is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-Business Day, the period in question shall end on the next succeeding Business Day.
Calculation of Time Periods. Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described herein, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period so computed is to be included, unless such last day is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday for national banks in the location where each Property is located, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. Computation of a subsequent period of time designated to begin after the last day of a previous period shall be deemed to commence on the day immediately following the day the previous period ended, as such end date may have been adjusted due to its falling on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. The last day of any period of time described herein shall be deemed to end at 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
Calculation Agent. Dealer. All calculations and determinations by the Calculation Agent shall be made in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner. Following any determination or calculation by the Calculation Agent hereunder, upon written request by Counterparty, the Calculation Agent shall provide to Counterparty within a commercially reasonable period of time (but in any event within five Exchange Business Days) by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by Counterparty a written explanation and report (in a commonly used file format for the storage and manipulation of financial data) displaying in commercially reasonable detail the basis for such determination or calculation (including any quotations, market data or information from internal or external sources, and any assumptions, used in making such determination or calculation), it being understood that the Calculation Agent shall not be obligated to disclose any proprietary or confidential models or proprietary or confidential information used by it for such determination or calculation.
Calculation Agent.JPMorgan. Whenever the Calculation Agent is required to act or to exercise judgment in any way with respect to any Transaction hereunder, it will do so in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
Interest Calculation. Interest on the outstanding principal balance of the Loan shall be calculated by multiplying # the actual number of days elapsed in the period for which the calculation is being made by # a daily rate based on a three hundred sixty (360) day year (that is, the Interest Rate or the Default Rate, as then applicable, expressed as an annual rate divided by 360) by # the outstanding principal balance. The accrual period for calculating interest due on each Monthly Payment Date shall be the Interest Accrual Period in which the related Monthly Payment Date occurs. Borrower understands and acknowledges that such interest accrual requirement results in more interest accruing on the Loan than if either a thirty (30) day month and a three hundred sixty (360) day year or the actual number of days and a three hundred sixty-five (365) day year were used to compute the accrual of interest on the Loan.
Bonus Calculation. Bonus payments made to eligible Participants will be calculated based on their base salary actually paid during the applicable Performance Period. Employees whose job classification is changed during the plan year such that the new job title qualifies for a higher or lower Target Bonus and/or the Participant is subject to different BU Financial Targets shall have his or her bonus pro-rated to reflect the time in each position according to the applicable target(s) for the applicable Performance Period. See Exhibit 2 for an example bonus calculation.

Shortfall Calculation. If the Actual Annual Yield falls more than below the respective Target Yield in a Year, then the shortfall for the Year (the "Shortfall") will be calculated as follows:
Interest Calculation. Interest for any amounts due under or in connection with this Agreement shall be calculated on the basis of actual days elapsed and a calendar year with 360 days.
The rent to be reserved under the Lease (therein defined as the “Initial Rent”) shall be fifty-nine euro seventy-five cents (€59.75) per square foot of the Floor Area of the Office Premises calculated in accordance with the Measuring Code, together with a sum of seven euro fifty (€7.50) per square foot of the Floor Area for the Basement Storage Area and three thousand seven hundred and fifty euro (€3,750) in respect of each of the thirty one (31) car parking spaces. The Floor Area of the Demised Premises shall be measured and ascertained by the Landlord and the Tenant on such date as the Landlord shall notify to the Tenant and in the event of there being a dispute as to the Floor Area the matter shall be determined by an Independent Chartered Surveyor as set out hereunder:-
