SECTION # Brokers; Schedule of Fees and Expenses. Except for those brokers as to which [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Parties:Organization]] shall be solely responsible, no broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with the Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of [[Organization A:Organization]].

Brokers. Except as set forth in [Schedule 4.21], no broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Transaction Document based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of [[Organization A:Organization]].

Brokers and Finders. Except as described in Section 3.15, neither [[Organization A:Organization]], nor any of its officers, directors, employees or managers, has employed any broker, finder, advisor or consultant, or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, brokerage fees, commissions or finders’ fees, advisory fees or consulting fees in connection with the Exchange Transaction for which [[Organization A:Organization]] or its Subsidiary has or could have any liability.
