Brokers. No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker or other person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission from the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.

Brokers. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with the Merger and the other Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.

No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, in connection with the Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Brokers. No broker, finder, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other similar fee or commission due to arrangements of Purchaser or its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder, for which Seller or any of its Affiliates would be responsible.

Broker’s Fees. No broker, finder, financial advisor or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Buyer that would be an obligation of Seller, the Holders, the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

No Broker’s Fees. No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s, investment banker’s fee or commission or other similar payment in connection with this Agreement or the Transaction based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

Brokers’ or Finders’ Fees. No broker, finder, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission from the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Agreements.

Section # Brokers and Other Advisors. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, in connection with the Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Brokers. No brokerage or finder’s fees or commissions are or will be payable by the Company to any broker, financial advisor or consultant, finder, placement agent, investment banker, bank or other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Transaction Document based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

Section # Brokers. No Person is or will be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s, investment banker’s, financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission from the Company or its Subsidiaries in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Section # Brokers’ Fees. No broker, finder, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any brokerage fee, finders’ fee or other commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by Buyer or any of its Affiliates.
