Broker. Each party represents and warrants to the other no real estate broker was instrumental in effecting this Lease. Each party shall indemnify and defend the other from the claim of any broker, that such broker was authorized on behalf of such party to make an offer to the other with respect to this transaction.

Brokers. Each Party represents and warrants that it has dealt with no broker, agent or other person in connection with this Lease, and agrees to indemnify and hold the other Party harmless from and against any claims by any broker, agent or other person claiming a commission or other form of compensation by virtue of having dealt with such Party with regard to this Lease.

Brokers. Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has dealt with no broker, agent or other person in connection with this transaction and that no broker, agent or other person brought about this transaction, other than the Landlord Broker and Tenant Broker, if any, set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Lease, and each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any claims by any other broker, agent or other person claiming a commission or other form of compensation by virtue of having dealt with the indemnifying party with regard to this leasing transaction.

Brokers. Landlord and Tenant each hereby represents and warrants to the other party that it # has had no dealings with any real estate broker or agent in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, excepting only the real estate brokers or agents specified in Section 11 of the Summary (collectively, the "Brokers"), and # knows of no other real estate broker or agent who is entitled to a commission in connection with this Lease. Each party agrees to indemnify and defend the other party against and hold the other party harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, judgments, and costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees) with respect to any leasing commission or equivalent compensation alleged to be owing on account of the indemnifying party's dealings with any real estate broker or agent in connection with this Lease other than the Brokers.

Brokerage: Each party represents and warrants to the other that no broker or other person had any part, or was instrumental in any way, in bringing about the Sublease. Each party agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other from and against any claims made by any broker or other person for a brokerage commission, finder's fee, or similar compensation, by reason of or in connection with the Sublease, and any loss, liability, damage, cost and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees) which may be incurred in connection with such claims if such other broker or other person claims to have had dealings with such party.

No Brokers. Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord, and Landlord represents and warrants to Tenant, that it has dealt with no broker, agent or other person in connection with this transaction and that no broker, agent or other person brought about this transaction, and each of the Parties agrees to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from and against any claims by any other broker, agent or other person claiming a commission or other form of compensation by virtue of having dealt with indemnifying party with regard to this leasing transaction.

Brokers. Landlord and Tenant each represents and warrants that it has not dealt with any broker, agent or other person (collectively, “Broker”) in connection with this transaction and that no Broker brought about this transaction. Landlord and Tenant each hereby agree to indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any claims by any Broker claiming a commission or other form of compensation by virtue of having dealt with Tenant or Landlord, as applicable, with regard to this leasing transaction.
