Section # Addition of [Exhibits B] and C to the Agreement. Attachment 1 to this Amendment is hereby added as Exhibit B to the Agreement and Attachment 2 to this Amendment is hereby added as Exhibit C to the Agreement.

The parties hereto further agree that the Assignment Agreement shall be amended by replacing Attachment No 1. to the previously annexed to the Assignment Agreement with the revised Attachment No. 1 annexed hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

any effort to confirm, enforce, or execute any decision, settlement, award, judgment, service of process, execution order or attachment (including pre-judgment attachment) that results from an expert determination, mediation, arbitration or any judicial or administrative proceedings commenced pursuant to this Agreement.
