Assignment. This Agreement shall be for the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. You agree not to assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.

You expressly consent to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement for the benefit of any [[Company:Organization]] entity to whose employ you may be transferred without the necessity that this Agreement be re-signed at the time of such transfer.
