Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Section # Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado as applied to agreements among Colorado residents, made and to be performed entirely within the State of Colorado, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles.

Choice of Law. This Agreement is made and entered into in Colorado and, to the extent the interpretation of this Agreement is not governed by applicable federal law, shall be interpreted and enforced under and shall be governed by the laws of that state.

Controlling Law. This Agreement has been entered into in the State of Colorado, and this Agreement, including any rights, remedies, or obligations provided for hereunder, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

However, this Agreement shall otherwise be enforceable.
